STANDARDS AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

OUR COMMITMENT

Skite maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The safety of minors is our highest priority, and we are committed to preventing our platform from being used to harm, exploit, or endanger children in any way.


PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

The following is strictly prohibited on Skite:

- Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including illustrations, AI-generated imagery, or digitally altered content.
- Grooming behavior — any attempt by an adult to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Soliciting, sharing, or distributing intimate or sexual imagery of minors.
- Sextortion or coercion of minors in any form.
- Any communication or conduct intended to lure, manipulate, or exploit a minor.
- Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.


DETECTION AND ENFORCEMENT

Skite employs the following measures to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE on our platform:

- We use automated image detection technology, including PhotoDNA hash-matching, to identify and block known CSAM before it is shared on the platform.
- We maintain in-app reporting tools that allow any user to flag suspected CSAE content or behavior for immediate review.
- Our Trust and Safety team reviews all CSAE-related reports with the highest priority.
- Accounts found in violation are immediately and permanently suspended without prior warning.


REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES

Skite reports all confirmed instances of CSAM and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, in compliance with applicable law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.


USER REPORTING

If you encounter any content or behavior on Skite that you believe may involve the exploitation or abuse of a child, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly at safety@skite.co.


POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this policy result in immediate and permanent account termination. We do not issue warnings for CSAE-related violations. Where applicable, all relevant evidence is preserved and provided to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
